The communication with the host was exceptional and reassuring. the apartment had stunning views and was spotlessly clean. the location was great, with excellent travel links and nearby bars, restaurants, and a shopping center.

The apartment was not properly cleaned, with cooked food in the microwave and dirty cutlery in the dishwasher. the bathroom had a flooding issue and the bed was uncomfortable.

The concierge was available 24/7 and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. It was easy to collect the keys and communicate with the host via WhatsApp. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay.

The cleanliness was really poor, with mouldy bedding and dirty sheets left from previous guests. There was also a lack of basic amenities like toilet paper, towels, and even a hairdryer.
